1. Civil and commercial lawsuits and arbitrations involving foreign affairs;
2. Providing legal consultations for all kinds of enterprises, including the following service areas:
Legal consultation involving foreign affairs;
Reviewing and drafting the contract of foreign trade, foreign investment and cooperation;
Participating in the negotiations of foreign trade and cooperation;
Providing legal information for the enterprises in foreign trade and investment
3. Acting as the legal counselor for foreign-funded enterprises, including the following service areas:
Providing legal consultation for foreign businessman and providing legal opinions in Chinese and English version based on Chinese laws;
Providing legal service involving administrative affairs, labor protection, intellectual property protection and insurance during daily operation and management;
Participating in the commercial negotiations during daily operation and management;
Providing information of economy, law and policy concerning industry policies of foreign trade and market entry
II. Providing specialized legal service involving foreign affairs for domestic enterprises, including the following service areas:
1. Providing investment and project information for domestic enterprises who plan to make investment in Europe;
2. Seeking foreign commercial partners for domestic enterprises;
3. Providing basic due diligence service on behalf of domestic enterprises, providing legal opinions for commercial cooperation projects and the commercial credit of enterprises;
4. Providing legal service for domestic enterprises who plan to open the corporations or the branches of the enterprise, and help the enterprise go through the corporation registration formalities
III. Providing specialized legal service for foreign-funded enterprises, including the following service areas:
1. Handling corporation registration affairs for corporations or individuals outside China;
2. Providing due diligence service and market investigation service for enterprises or individuals outside China, or foreign-funded enterprises who plan to make investment or establish new enterprises in Hunan Province, and providing legal opinions in Chinese and English version;
3. Providing specialized legal service for corporations outside China or foreign-funded enterprises who plan to make merger and acquisition affairs in Hunan Province;
